Is the house wheelchair accessible?

The house is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We do not have ramps or lifts for wheelchairs at this time.

Are pets allowed?

The tenant will not keep pets on the premises without the Landlord’s prior written consent and then only in strict accordance with the conditions of the consent given.

Is smoking allowed?

The tenant shall not smoke or allow any guests to smoke inside the premises.

How long can I rent for?

We have a tenants contract for stays over 28 days but we often have dates blocked three months in advance.
